- Abstracts must be submitted via the Event Management System. Please click here for Instructions for Abstract Submission.
- Authors are advised to submit the abstracts as early as possible since the system will be closed at 12:00am on 1 September 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
- All abstracts must be typed in English. The body of the abstract, excluding author(s) and institution(s), is limited to 2,200 characters including spaces. Do not indent the paragraphs.
- The abstract should be organised into the following paragraphs: Title; authors; institution; objective; materials and methods; results; conclusion. The presenting author should be underlined. Please omit degrees and qualifications.
- The Presenting Author has the responsibility to request all the authors of the abstract to confirm their authorship through the Event Management System. Name(s) of the author(s) will only be printed in the Programme Book if he / she has confirmed the authorship before the abstract submission deadline.
- Receipt of the submission will be acknowledged by e-mail; please contact the Event Secretariat if this is not received within 1 week after submission.
- The Organising Committee has the final decision on the acceptance of abstracts and session placement. The results will be notified in September 2024 via e-mail. Please contact the Event Secretariat if the result is not received by the end of September 2024.
