Format of Presentation
Abstract Submissions are invited for below categories:
Scientific - Hypothesis driven research or description of novel imaging/interventions (more than 3 cases required). This may be presented orally or in digital poster presentation format*.
Educational - Education exhibits should be designed to teach or review topics related to imaging or intervention. Examples include case reports, case series, pictorial reviews or how I do it. Only digital poster presentations are accepted.
Quality improvement project - Report of quality improvement project or audits. This may be presented orally or in digital poster presentation format*.
*The presenter may indicate the preferred presentation format. The final decision would be made by the Organising Committee.
Abstracts shall involve the following disciplines:

Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts must be submitted via the Event Management System before the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
Accepted abstracts will be printed in the programme book only if the presenting author has registered and paid the registration fee in full by 30 September 2026.
Submission of Manuscripts
Authors who wish to have their papers considered for The Best Original Paper for Hong Kong Journal of Radiology should also submit the full manuscript, in addition to the abstract via the Event Management System before the submission deadline. Otherwise, please submit your manuscript at hkcr.asm@seamlesshk.com. Please refer to "Instructions for Authors" for details of manuscript format. Participants who have submitted the abstract are strongly encouraged to submit the manuscript for this award.
